I'm a product manager with 20+ years of hands-on digital experience, from building AR activations in 2009 to integrating AI at API level today. I write here about product management, delivery, and whatever I'm currently building.

I'm what some people call a digital unicorn: a product person who can design the interface, write the brief, run the discovery, and ship the thing.
I started in graphic design and IT support, moved into digital production at agencies, built SolarCity's website and lead generators from scratch, and then owning a portfolio of 8–10 products at a global security systems company, spanning firmware, mobile apps, APIs, and web portals simultaneously.
Along the way I've built AR activations before AR was a product category, run customer discovery programmes, integrated AI models across Analytics, App Store Connect, Salesforce, and Zendesk, and navigated stakeholder alignment across engineering, sales, marketing, support, executive, and regional teams on four continents.
I'm not a specialist who drifted into management. I'm someone who has stayed hands-on across the full digital stack - I watch videos on AI for fun - and I think that makes me a fundamentally different kind of product person.
